• For customized or made-to-order jewelry, processing may take up to 5-7 business days.

• Within India: Standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Shipping Charges

• Domestic Orders: Free shipping on orders above ₹ 999. A flat rate of ₹ 80 will apply for orders below this amount.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with the tracking details. You can use this information to track your order’s progress.

Customs and Duties

• For international orders, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
